Senior Executive Fixed Line Sales - B2B

Reporting to:

Head of Fixed Line - B2B Job Group: 2A

 Location: Karachi

Position Purpose

This position will fulfil the requirements of assisting the Head of Fixed Line in sales, account management and target ownership. Enhancement of Telenor Fixed Line Revenue portfolio, increase and retention of customer base and working on new leads. Be a good team player and possess the ability to manage time as a sales person.

Education & Professional Qualification

Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/IT/Telecommunications

Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years of Fixed Line and customized solutions experience especially in Carrier domain

Key Responsibilities

• Achieving assigned territory’s Revenue, Profits, Collections and Customer experience Targets

• Proactively consolidate market intelligence in monitoring market pricing and trends

• Develop and manage the relationship at the Senior Management level effectively

• Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences

• Accurate forecasting and sales reporting

• Working on account management plans with the sales account managers.

• Growing market share of Telenor Fixed Line in the industry

• This role requires comprehension, understanding and familiarity of the concepts involved in the ‘technical’ aspects of the job, such as the Internet, Data or other means of Communication Infrastructure as well as ICT Solutions

• Developing Profitable Customer Relationships

• New ways to nurture existing customers and guarantee long-term growth

• Account management benchmarks that build more profitable customer relationships and support the organization’s long-term strategy

• Develop the assigned territories and business pockets

• Should be able to manage work and keep motivated

• Should be able to handle work load effectively and efficiently

• Should be able to work under pressure to troubleshoot within SLA time

• Should be innovative, having analytical mind set and solution finding approach

• Should be able to comprehend, analyse and convey complex customer requirement to product/pre-sales Fixed Line team

• Must be positive with a can-do attitude, a quick learner, an effective communicator and a self-starter who take creative approaches to solve challenging problems and meet tight deadlines

• Knowledge of Optical Fibre network and Internet

• Ability to work independently under demanding situations
