Your Typical day at work

 Execution of regional reporting on daily basis according to agreed formats.

 Analysis of Sales KPI’s

 Monitoring of growth at regional & franchise level on month to month and year to year basis.

 Verification of Staff Commissioning & Visibility to sales team.

 Target allocation of all sales KPI’s. & monitoring of shared KPI’s.

 Cell Sites Planning, Preparation of Business cases & follow-up till the execution of proposed cell sites.

 Planning for franchise induction.

 Plan to achieve the targets for all Sales KPI at regional level.

 Design and execute Regional Promos & campaigns.

 Do extensive post promo analysis to get future learnings.

 Interact with retailers on regular basis to get market requirements and feedback and design reports accordingly.

 Responsible for execution & implementation of a robust Trade Marketing plan for the Region, which will enable sales & distribution team to improve capability and advocacy at the retail channel

 Visit regional teams regularly and conduct business reviews and based on findings develop action plans for future and follow up on that.

 Initiate projects on declining areas and conduct end to end research on these markets and drive actions to get growth.

 Conduct market research and derive actionable finding for sales team.

 Identify gaps in all KPIs and support sales team to get market shares.

 Monthly business reviews for all business managers.

 Identify requirement for new franchise and retailers in areas.

 Prepare end to end business plan for new franchise and initiate the process accordingly.

 Evaluate the current planning workflows and plan actions to increase efficiency.

 Responsible for processing campaign/ staff/channel commissions and monitoring of it.

 Identify opportunities to improve planning team efficiencies, and lead to implement best practices.

 Site level analysis revenue, Active subscriber, FCA, recharge etc.

 Identification of underutilized sites and plan a way to improve the level of its efficiency.

 Target setting and monitoring for region against each KPI & follow up with relevant ASHs / BMs.

 Have a close coordination with RF, IDD and S&D planning teams.Special project planning and executions.

 Efficient Trade Marketing regional budget monitoring & reporting and governance model implementation

 Vendor management, BDO Management and liaison with brands, Circle and planning teams

 Execution of Retail conventions, franchise branding and events and activations

 POC for regional taxation issues and channel enablement on Stall and activations by securing PTA approvals

 Trade Segmentation & trade Campaign for channel development

 BDO/DSO Planning/Scoping

 Develop plans for Merchandizing and BDO trainings to improve the service quality

 Activation and planning of other engagement activities

 To have a thorough Business Development plan in place for the entire region.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Preferably MBA/MCS/BBA/BSC

• Work experience: 3 – 5 years relevant work experience

• Experience on Reporting/Analysis. Analytical thinking. Dashboard reporting. Power pivot handling.

 Telco Business/Distribution/B2B/B2C model knowledge

 Ability to think and come up with recommendations for meeting business objectives

 Organized and can manage several projects and/or activities at a time
